You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against p4444.

12. General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
